Our pigs are raised outdoors on our own land without hormones or drugs. Pigs are raised from spring to autumn. We have chosen to raise Berkshire and Berkshire/Duroc hybrids. The breeds that we have selected are best suited for the environment that we created for them.
You may make a deposit to reserve a live pig for your pig roast. First you decide on the approximate live weight of the animal you want. Next, select breed that you want. Price per pound varies with the breed. The chart below includes whole and half carcass fees for your pig. The chart includes butchering, smoking and vacuum sealing fees for your information. Deposits average around $500 for a whole pig or $300 for a half. Your deposit makes you the proud owner of a live pig.
