We proudly raise the best heritage breeds from around the world on our land. Our animals are spoken to and petted daily. Their paddock area leads to the field, and they are free to roam around the farm. Our livestock are raised in a clean environment to ensure a healthful meat product for your family.
We raise Berkshire and Berkshire/Duroc hybrids. The breeds that we have selected are best suited for the environment that we created for them. We believe that happy, content animals produce the most flavorful, nutrient-dense, humanely-raised and harvested meat. Our pigs are raised outdoors on our own land without hormones or drugs. Pigs are raised from spring to autumn.
You may make a deposit to reserve a live pig for your pig roast. First you decide on the approximate live weight of the animal you want. Next, select breed that you want. Price per pound varies with the breed. The chart below includes whole and half carcass fees for your pig. The chart includes butchering, smoking and vacuum sealing fees for your information. Deposits average around $500 for a whole pig or $300 for a half. Your deposit makes you the proud owner of a live pig.

Talk to us about butchering options, as you can opt for a whole pig, half pig or a split carcass. Custom cutting puts you in control and removes the backlog in high prices that are so commonly associated with USDA butchering facilities in the farms that are forced to use them.
