We have converted some of our property’s forest into fields for our animals over the past 10 years. After careful, indepth research, we developed a rotational grazing program that utilizes no less than 8 different types of grasses and forbs in every pasture. Our livestock happily wanders through both forest and field. Almost all of our animals are pet and talked to on a daily basis.

After countless early-mornings and evenings spent comparing breeds, we have settled on several of the best heritage breeds from around the world. All of the breeds we’ve selected are best suited for the environment that we created for them. We believe that happy, content animals produce the most flavorful, nutrient-dense, humanely-raised and harvested meat.
